We provide Latino/Chicano artists a platform to display their art--visual, musical, performance or written. For nearly half of a century, CHAC has given the Chicano community an arts venue. It features the work of both new and established artists. CHAC also works to preserve Latino/Chicano arts through education programs taught by master artists. CHAC was founded in 1978 by a group of passionate visual and performing artists with the intention of promoting and preserving the Chicano/Latino culture through the expression of the arts.
